Group Pride Sessions
Our Pride sessions take on a fun, motivating and challenging atmosphere! Working out with other clients and friends helps with motivation, accountability and with some a competitive nature to working out. We have many styles and levels of Pride sessions to choose from and these classes range from Beginner (1 stars) to Advanced (4 stars). We have something for everyone. Our wide range of classes will give you a total body experience and help you achieve any result you set for yourself!
Pro-Circuit ***/**** Pride session that includes bars, bells, body weights combining conditioning and strength in one!!! Gain strength, strip fat, boost cardio and performance
RPMs – ALL LEVELS Endurance, cardio, performance and conditioning rolled into one! We use rowers, airdyne bikes, spin bikes, ropes, balls and body weight. Strip fat, boost endurance and increase conditioning.
Kettlebells ***/**** Pride session with kettlebells at its finest! Strength, beauty, power, low impact and control! Sculpting, strip fat, improve conditioning and gain power!
Beginner Bells – ALL LEVELS Never done kettlebells before? Trying to perfect movements. This class is for all levels. You will be educated on the basics to the elite movements.
Yoga – ALL LEVELS Yoga Pride session is perfect for anyone. Options include restorative, movement, injury prevention, rehab, strength, general health and more! Keeping your body strong and mobile is a major key to longevity and health.
Pro-Basics */** We do all the same movements as a Pro-Circuit class. But slower pace and lighter weight. With a lot of education on exercise, body mechanics and movement. Great beginner class to elite to work on specifics in a pride session format.
Pro-Restore */** Pride session for the young and young at heart. This class is for people coming back from injury, having pain issues, health issues, physical limitations and age appropriate.
