Full body circuit using all major movements and incorporate different styles of progressions to help you build functional strength and stamina that transfers directly into daily life. Equipment used body weight, dumbbells, TRX, Kettlebells, bars. All Ages and All Levels
Russian Kettlebell- 45 minutes
Total body conditioning and strength to take your fitness and body to the next level (Must take beginner bells or work with us 1on1 first) All Ages and All Levels.
This simple tool provides an incredibly effective full-body workout to increase strength, burn fat, and gain muscle.
You will learn correct form with the Russian kettlebell swing, clean, press, goblet squat, and Turkish get-up. After mastering those skills, you will learn the kettlebell snatch.
Beginner Bells: 30 Min Building a strong foundation of kettlebell movements All Ages and All Levels
RPM’s– 45 minutes
HIIT full body circuit using body weight, boxing, bikes rowers, ropes and more for fat shredding and endurance building.
Strength and Movement- 45 minutes
Increasing Strength and Conditioning through all movements to help improve all aspects of health and fitness while improving your body’s ability to achieve full range of motion. Improve all major skills and increase body awareness through movement to also protect your body from injury. Mix of Strength training, conditioning, yoga flow and mobility. Equipment used. Beginner Yoga

With many amazing benefits, Restorative Yoga is great for injury recovery, improving athletic ability, and increased flexibility. Eliminate fatigue and stress while benefiting the nervous system and increasing internal healing abilities. With added benefits of stretching and movement based rehab exercises. Amazing class to help improve movement, mobility and healing!
Retired and Restored- 45 minutes
Classes for our young at heart clients! Proper movement, cardio fitness, and staying strong become even more important as we age. This class is built to provide the highest level of fitness education to make sure we stay young, even as we age! Proper movement, Injury prevention and rehab all in one!!
Yoga by Design
(Sculpt & Power)

This class features advanced direction and training, making it feel like 1-on-1 yoga instruction. You’ll experience all styles of yoga, poses, and flows while adding blocks, rings, straps, weights and more to bring you to the next level. With mobility and strength protocols to increase health
Push Pull Press Plus – 45 minutes
Upper body strength and movement with ab shredder and conditioning! Strengthen the upper body while improving posture, spinal and shoulder mechanics. Plus, Great looking arms, shoulders and abs are a bonus! All Ages All Levels
Hanging out at the Bar – 45 minutes
Classes based around using a bar for squats, deadlifts, presses and pulls to increase your bodies abilities that transfer directly over into real world application. Progression and Periodization to keep your body becoming a better version of yourself and protecting against injury! All Ages and All Levels
TRX – 45 minutes
Suspension training is great for everyone! Get a combination of strength and cardio through progressions and regressions at any level.
Time under tension will build and sculpt muscles while strengthening your core and developing better balance and overall functional movement.
