Our flagship group class that brings you to your next level. Full-body conditioning at its best! You’ll build mobility, strength, endurance, stamina, and more! Equipment used: body weight, dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells, TRX, and more!
Pro Basics – 45 minutes
A version of our All Pro class for beginners to advanced. The Pro Basics gives you an amazing workout while focusing on the “basics” to help you improve in all aspects of health and fitness.
Pro Restore – 30 minutes
Classes for our young at heart clients! Proper movement, cardio fitness, and staying strong become even more important as we age. This class is built to provide the highest level of fitness education to make sure we stay young, even as we age!
With many amazing benefits, Restorative Yoga is great for injury recovery, improving athletic ability, and increased flexibility. Eliminate fatigue and stress while benefiting the nervous system and increasing internal healing abilities. With added benefits of stretching and movement based rehab exercises. Amazing class to help improve movement, mobility and healing!
This class features advanced direction and training, making it feel like 1-on-1 yoga instruction. You’ll experience all styles of yoga, poses, and flows while adding blocks, rings, straps, weights and more to bring you to the next level.
TRX – 30 minutes
Suspension training is great for everyone! Get a combination of strength and cardio through progressions and regressions at any level.
Time under tension will build and sculpt muscles while strengthening your core and developing better balance and overall functional movement.
Pro Punch – 45 minutes
Punches and kicks plus conditioning exercises to really bring out the sweat! Use aspects of HIIT and body strength to bring your fitness to a new level while having fun!
