I had no idea a 6 Week Program would transform me like this has. I have done almost every diet, every fitness app, every home workout program in the past 5 years you can think of. I was recommended to join this program from a friend who started a week before and lost 7 pounds already…. yeah my eyes rolled at first. Then said why not….best decision I have ever made! I started this challenge to have something that would hold me accountable every day. I have had a struggle the past 2 years when it comes to keeping a good diet and exercising regularly. The Little Black Dress (or LBD) Challenge is a GAME CHANGER! When I decided to do the LBD challenge I was at my wit’s end, tired of yo, yo dieting and hoping for miracles! I met with Barb, who knows my weight history, my health issues and lifelong journey of attempting to feel better and lose weight. Along with a dose of tough love this time, she reminded me to NOT think of LBD as a weight loss program, instead, aa lifestyle challenge/change. I felt motivated to take this challenge because of pain from rheumatoid arthritis, fibromyalgia and lack of energy. Yes, I expected to be a bit hungry, more mindful food shopping, reading labels and challenging food prep. What I wasn’t expecting, but what was delivered in the LBD challenge were: losing 15lbs (in the first 4-weeks), feeling little to no more pain, sleeping better, having an increased amount of energy 10 fold, having clothes fit better and almost no brain fog!! This was all accomplished with feeling no deprivation (because the meals and recipes are so satisfying) and with one cheat meal a week!! In the middle of the challenge, I went away for a weekend with my husband and stayed on the LBD challenge without any issues because of all the guidance, support, tips and tricks I received from Barb! Now, with enthusiasm, energy and knowledge I feel I can continue with this program long-term. Hi everyone. This is a little late coming but here is my first report 21 days into the 6 Week Program. First I feel healthy (I’m still focusing on healing my body from several health issues) Second I lost 5.5 lbs. Third I’m down 5 inches overall. I’m having such a great time through this challenge and its only been 2 weeks! I have already gained much knowledge about nutrition, portion sizes, water, and yummy pumpkin pancakes- hehe I didn’t get my beginning measurements but I know that I lost 8.5 lbs in two weeks and I feel incredible! Also, I am loving all the new recipes in the meal plan and I will be keeping them as a normal part of life from now on. Thank you for the challenge and support! My 4 month follow up, I have continued with the plan I have lost over 50+ pounds and I am keeping it off and still losing! I have people now asking me all the time what’s your secret….. All the meals were great. I really appreciated the meal plans and grocery list was easy to follow! Your ability to show portion control so I don’t have to weigh and measure everything made it so easy! Learning more about spices. It was nice to not have to think about what to fix for supper or any of the meals in that we were very busy during that time. Losing all this fat, feeling energized and fitting into my Little Black Dress!! I have started all over at week one again and love that it is something that I love and want to continue as a lifestyle!

Thank you so much for your encouragement and training videos! I have been pretty quiet about sharing much about myself–pretty typical! But my personality test confirmed that I am good at starting something, and often get distracted (by something shiny?!) and don’t complete the project. I am determined to complete this 6 week challenge! I have kept my focus on eating by the meal plan and have even experienced not being hungry when meal time comes, which is VERY rare for me! 2 weeks in and already down 4.5 pounds which normally would take me a month or more in the past…this is so great!

In the 42 days we customize your workouts around YOUR body and YOUR abilities. These are NOT cookie cutter programs that you’ll see in the magazine’s at the grocery store. We take into account how you move, what your capable of and build YOUR workout plan around YOU to ensure that you get the best results as quickly and safely as possible.
Nutrition for YOUR Body
Yes this is one of the MAJOR components of this program. We all know it’s about the diet (hate that word) but we are going to make sure you follow science proven systems that will still have you eating real food. In fact, we will cover so much nutrition that there is no way we won’t find a meal plan or program that works for YOU, YOUR life, and YOUR schedule.
What to do for the days you are NOT here.
Being honest here, this does require a few things for you to change for you to get from where you are to where you want to be; so, some homework is involved, but we have you covered there. We will instruct you what to do on the days you are not with us taking into consideration what equipment or gyms you have access to and design your workouts for the days you are not here.
Tracking and accountability
We hold you to a higher standard than you may hold yourself, because if you’re not accountable to someone only YOU know if you did, or did not, workout. Our entire focus is on getting you results. That’s why we do the most consistent and extensive progress tracking with our clients. That way, we always know what’s working and what’s not.
Recipe Manual + Grocery List
Eating better doesn’t have to entail tilapia (seriously, gross) brown rice, veggies, and lemon water. That’s why we include some of our favorite recipes and they cover more than just chicken salads, we have REAL food that won’t leave you feeling deprived and even after the program is over you’ll still want to continue to make these on a daily basis.
No one ever said this was going to be easy. Even with us at your side coaching you every step of the way there are going to be some days that will test your will power, we all have them. What we do to help out is send you some of most motivational quotes, stories and emails to just remind you why you started and to not give up.

We add you to a private group just for those that are doing the program so that you can ask those questions that just popped up in your mind and not only get your trainer’s answers but answers from others that are doing the program as well. This alone will give you ideas that you never thought about and help keep you on your game throughout this program.
